Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are delivered in neutral packages and well packaged.

2. All orders have right to return within 14 days.

3. (Green) Product is in stock. Delivery time 1-2 days.
(Yellow) Product is in European warehouse. Delivery time about one week.
(Red) Product is not in stock at the moment. Delivery time more than one week. Not possible to order at the moment.

4. If you receive an incorrect or broken product. You should contact us as soon as possible through the webpage or email

5. is not responsible, if the delivery is delayed or not copleted for reasons beyond our control. These are for example war, natural disaster, cargo stoppage, official decisions, transportation disturbances or other reasons preventing normal webshop operation.

For packets that are not picked up, we will charge 20€ to cover shipment and handling expenses.

8. Payment options
Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Pankki, Säästöpankki / Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken ja S-pankki, and credit cards.

9. Payment operator

10. Banks payment
Bank payments are operated by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) with cooperation of the banks. For the customer the service is as simple as using the banks directly.

11. Returns and exchanges
All orders have a 14 day return policy. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. All returns must be informed via email before returning the products. Returning incorrect or defect products is same, but he return is free of charge.

12. Complaints
All order related complaints are asked to be made within 7 days of receiving the order. You can contact us via email or the webpage form.

13. Cancelling an order
Customer is allowed to cancel the order if it is not delivered in a reasonable time. Cancelling must be informed via email or the webpage form. is allowed to cancel an order and return the money to the customer.
Failing to pick up the order is not considered cancellation. We will charge 20€ for shipment and handling for these orders.
